I’ve created this course to offer a practitioner’s perspective on the core functionality and features of Dynamics 365 Field Service app. The course is based on a fictitious customer’s case study and addressing their challenges and problems through implementing various capabilities of D365 Field Service.
This course should also be helpful in preparing for MB-240 exam and only pre-requisites are a general familiarity with Dynamics 365 (any app) and a lot of curiosity.
